Micranthemum is a popular foreground plant and looks great as a feature plant or mass-planted to create a lawn. It is very popular in Japanese-inspired aquariums. It can also be grown as an epiphyte attached to rocks or wood to create cascades of foliage.
"Takashi Carpet" is fast growing and adapts to various aquarium conditions. It is one of the easiest ground-cover aquarium plants. For optimal growth CO2 and high light levels are recommended but not mandatory.
