No issues, plants arrived in good condition...no complaints

I ordered $200 worth of plants and I must say I was very impressed by the quality of the plants and the way they were packsged. Every one of the plants were super healthy and exactly as described on the website. This was my first order and based on this order I will be a returning customer.

Great product and service

Huge variety of plants and pre made planted scapes

Excellent

Had an issue with my order which was handled swiftly and hassle free. Highly recommended

Love shopping for everything for fish tank here my go to.

Fantastic service and brilliant products. I will definitely be purchasing more.

I have a frog pond and I have put the plants in the ond so that the tadpoles have more places to hide. they arrived very promptly.

It was my first time buying plants online; the site was easy to navigate, delivery was quick, and the plants arrived well packaged, in good condition, reasonably priced, and without the nasty snails you get in a lot of shop-bought plants. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for plants.

This is a wonderful company! Easy to contact and quick to reply. The plants I purchased arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Great to deal with a customer focused business with such high standards. Recommended to anyone looking for exceptional service and quality.

Very helpful in choosing the right aquarium plant for me, the service was amazing and I highly recommend Scapeshop, the Anubias at $38 each were extremely large with a long root system and arrived over night, similar ones would be over $100 and they made the Tank look fantastic. Thank you.

Was initially happy with order when it arrived but after only having the live black worms for 2 weeks, despite keeping them as instructed, clean cool water, filtration, the whole lot have died. Found the entire colony dead this morning. Bit disappointing as i thought they would last a lot longer than that. $50 down the drain.

Highly recommend scapeshop. Great customer service great value, fast delivery and plants are very healthy. I have returned several times to buy more plants because I’m always happy with what I receive.

My first experience with Scapeshop has been absolutely 💯% I made an error in my order and made contact to alert them about a delivery charge they fix it and refunded the money instantly the product arrived in 2 days and was perfect can’t speak more highly. Have now placed an order for live fish with them, now that have confidence in the company. Thanks.

Very healthy snails. The pink rams horns are loved by my grandchildren

Great service & great products as always....wouldn't buy anywhere else. Thanks Julie.

Very happy with the Bucephalandra and Crypt plants I have bought at the Scapeshop. The service is prompt and the plants healthy with good root systems.

Plants and snails arrived super quick. Good instruction for the snails 🐌

I am loving the new look of my tank all from The Fish Farm and Scapeshop my previous set up was Tropicals but decided to change to cold water,I now have a very happy active tank 😁delivery of my orders was super quick and everything seems so healthy ,just need some foreground plants now to finish it off.

I found this website to be wonderful with their aquatic plants. Their photo's do justice to the plants and look just as healthy upon receipt. I have found this to be very rare with other website when previously purchasing aquatic plants. I will definitely be shopping from here again. Thanks so much!!

Nice big healthy plants with roots. The stems were a bent on one driftwood creation but they stand upright in the water no problem.

Im really happy with the product you’s have on your site

Amazing store
I will recommend it

So fast to deliver and the plants are so healthy thank you

Very happy with the whole experience and will certainly be back! Thanks Lisa!

I have purchased from Scapeshop for awhile now, and living in Bundaberg region, have always received quality plants for my aquarium. I have one issue with my large angel fish is they love chewing on them, but I suppose that's there salad .
