Shipping policy
We send parcels on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.(Public Holidays affect shipping days) We send your products as soon as possible via Priority Courier Shipping.
The couriers prefer an actual street address rather than Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes please. If you require it to be sent to a PO Box and additional $10 shipping fee applies. Please reach out to arrange this.
Orders received before 8am on Wednesday (NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT) or 7:30am in SA will be shipped in the current week. Orders are sent in order of placement ASAP. I’m happy for you to email if you want to rush or slow down an order. Of course, this is just a guide & is subject to change occasionally.

Authority to Leave in a safe place notifications are placed on all parcels. Please let me know if you would prefer to have this removed. We have found that during these difficult shipping times it is better that the items are delivered as soon as possible rather than being taken back to depots.
All of our items are shipped via registered Couriers, so whilst we can try to pass on and accommodate for Special Delivery Requirements for customers, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed upon delivery.
Plants are carefully packed and shipped and will last for days in their boxes.
Scapeshop.com.au cannot ship Live Plant products to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory due to Biosecurity restrictions. We will offer products to these states should this change in the future.
