Refund policy

Scapeshop.com.au takes every precaution to ensure your Live Aquarium Plants and Snails reach you in top condition. They are carefully packaged and priority shipped.  We cannot accept Returns or provide Refunds due to change of mind, or due to non-compatibility discovered after purchase.

If your plants or snails are dead on arrival or have suffered greatly during transit, please contact us immediately via email at contact@scapeshop.com.au or text or phone Lisa on 0409 337 418 with photos. We will replace unsatisfactory items wherever possible. There is no need to return ship dead items. 

Please note live plants may have small imperfections, they are not plastic and every plant will be slightly different. 

All our shipping is carried out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This allows at least 2 days after sending for the items to arrive, and if they are returned to a depot or Post Office, there is adequate time to collect the items before the weekend.

All parcels (unless specifically requested) have an Authority to leave in a safe place. This ensures that packages spend as little time as possible going back and forth from depots if the customer is not home. Sometimes the couriers deem it inappropriate to leave a parcel - this is out of our control.
