Thin Vallisneria Bunch

General Description: Thin Vallisneria is a classic aquarium plant. The long, thin, green & brown leaves move gracefully in a current creating a lovely, natural, river-bed effect in an aquarium. 

Thin Val is an excellent, hardy plant that is perfect as a backdrop, screening plant or filler. Thin Vallisneria grows quite quickly and can be trimmed if desired. 

The outer leaves of Vallisneria species may be brown. When vallisneria (val) is planted in a new environment it grows new roots and new leaves from the centre of each plant. the outer leaves power the new growth and can be removed once the plant is established. The top of each leaf can be trimmed if desired. They may contain snails or eggs.

Country of Origin: Australia

I bought 50 bunches of Vallisneria, for my recently completed earth dams, hoping to build-up a nice underwater ecosystem for when I add fish and yabbies. The ducks had others ideas, I have 1 left now. 5/5 wildlife certified. Gonna try again, just waiting for these delightful feathery bastards to start migrating.

Great bunch size

I ordered 5 bunches and wow I received so much that I ended up giving half away to friends. Very impressed with the bunch sizes and pricing. 1 x scapeshop bunch is more than 5x portions that I've received from other businesses. On top of that, my Val was very clean and healthy
and I haven't noticed any algae or pest snails at all
