All of our shipping for Live Plants is carried out between Monday - Wednesday, with most orders being shipped Wednesday to allow for sufficient time to pick, pack and ship the items. This also allows at least 2 days after sending for the items to arrive, and if they are returned to a depot or Post Office, there is adequate time to collect the items before the weekend.
Please be aware that, as many of our items are sourced from Rural Nurseries and Farms, a total of 3-5 days Handling may be required before your order is shipped.
We cannot accept refunds or live plant claims for items which have perished due to being held in Post Offices or Courier facilities due to failed delivery.
All of our items are shipped via Australia Post or registered Couriers, so whilst we can try to pass on and accommodate for Special Delivery Requirements for customers, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed upon delivery.
All Plants MUST be shipped via Express Postage services. Although our store system is set-up to online offer only these services on Plants, mixing Plant and Non-Plant items in the cart may allow the choice of a Domestic, Non-Express service. We must send all Plants via an Express service to ensure their viability on arrival. Scapeshop may need to contact you and re-organise shipping charges, if your order contains Plants but has a Domestic shipping option. This happens rarely and we will try to avoid this wherever possible.
Scapeshop.com.au cannot ship Live Plant products to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory due to Biosecurity restrictions. We will offer products to these states should this change in the future.
The over $99 Free Shipping promotion applies to all orders over the value of $99 which contain Live Plants, Aquarium Hardware, Water Treatments and Aquarium Accessories. Orders containing certain Driftwood Pieces, any Hardscaping products including Substrates cannot qualify for the $99 Free Shipping promotion.
