Ambulia Bunch
General Description: Ambulia is a tall-growing, stem plant with bright, green pinnate leaf whorls. Ambulia is a very attractive plant with fantastic plumes of fluffy foliage, that creates dense, green hide-aways for baby fish or shrimp.
The clusters of fine foliage also help to filter the water and improve water quality. When grown under high light levels, Ambulia develops a reddish colouration of the new growth, which provides a lovely contrast to the green.
What is special about me? Ambulia will "go to sleep" or close up its leaves when it has had enough light for the day. It is interesting to watch the plants in an aquarium at different times of the day.
