Bolbitis Heudelotii plus Microsorum grown on Driftwood
You are buying this exact piece of Aquarium Art. The small table is 25cm across.
Bolbitis is an unusual and attractive West African Water Fern. It has wonderfully green, intricately detailed, pinnate leaves that are transparent. Bolbitis can grow in all light conditions and is ideal as a mid-ground feature or a dark-green background in your aquarium.
The plant has alternate leaves arranged on a creeping rhizome, which should not be buried. Like all aquarium plants, Bolbitis will consume excess nitrates in your system and improve water quality.
The foliage makes an ideal habitat for shrimp, small fish and fry.

Indo Microsorum or Java Fern
Scientific Name: Microsorum pteropus 'Indo'
Microsorum has lush, green, translucent leaves growing from a creeping rhizome. In its native environment in Indonesia, Microsorum naturally grows on tree bases, exposed roots and rocks along river banks and streams edges. In nature it grows both fully and partially submerged and it can even grow out of water in high-humidity, tropical rainforests.
These plants are foliar feeders and may benefit from ENRICH plant fertiliser when you perform your regular water changes. They enjoy some water movement so can be located near a powerhead or filter.
These beautiful aquatic ferns will sometimes grow spores that look like evenly spaced brown dots on the undersides of the leaves. Very lucky people may even find young plantlets growing on the leaf edges.
