Arrived safely and quickly, woke up within 30min, very active and interesting to watch
Leo arrived in great health and woke up super fast! I purchased this tortoiseshell and a gold mystery and I love them both. They make such a great addition to my tank. I will be buying some more for my other tank now. Great shop to buy all your plants and fish from.
I love my little snail 😊 such a beautiful shell, and she arrived very healthy! Shes been a great addition to my shrimp tank and I love watching her everyday 😊 I highly recommend any and all fish you purchase online are through scape shop!
I was so nervous buying a snail online and having him shipped because I was scared he would have a terrible time in transit. Snail was packaged so well, and woke up super quickly once placed in the tank. Easy to follow instructions and reassurance included which was helpful to let me know what to expect as I had never purchased a snail online before. He is my favourite part of my tank now, so much so I just bought a blue one to keep him company. Thank you, super high quality plants and snail, I won't go elsewhere!
This is my first mystery snail I have ever purchased. He is the perfect size and his shell is beautiful!
When I first got it delivered, I had a bit of a panic because I thought he didn’t make the travel, however the lovely Lisa promptly emailed me about my concern and ensured me not to panic they do tend to wake up 24-36hrs once they arrived to you!
So don’t panic 😝
Otherwise I love my snail I got a large one, and just ordered another to keep him company 😁
Fred is gorgeous lovely colour, he too just cleansing all the time. They really made a difference in our Tank
These mystery snails are an asset in any aquarium as they are always busy working.
I'm very happy with these guys.
It's nice and healthy.I recommend medium size, it's not the tank with my catfish ,its separated on its own.
Awake and exploring almost immediately. Quick delivery and easy instructions to introduce them to the tank.
It's very friendly loves eating algae
My tortoiseshell arrived quick and in good condition took about an hour to wake up and a day or two to get used to the tank but now it’s very active and loves it’s cucumber!!
Lights, camera, action this Snail was born a star, he loves to strut his stuff on Broadway, he came out of the bag dancing and hasn't stopped. He's all jazz hands with his tentacles and his tap dancing foot. He didn't need any time to "wake up" or have a snooze day. He is super friendly and drops by to chat with fish and other snails and then zooms off clean glass and read the tank thermometer. His shell is a wonderful whorl of brown tones and s/he's a good looking snail. Love this snail !
All snails were in great health
The tortoiseshell snails are very cool and have settled in to the tank well.
Fast delivery, arrived in good condition with instructions
