The ramshorns delivered were carrying clusters of babies so Im very happy!
The snails I received were so lovely and heathy. They didn’t have eroded/weak shells like ramshorns I’ve received from other stores and they were much bigger too! I even received a bonus snail!! I will definitely be shopping here in the future. 🐌
I have brought several aquarium plants and snails and have found everything is high quality. Snails arrived in perfect healthy condition and are thriving as are the plants. I will certainly be purchasing many more.

we ordered 5 rams horn snails and 5 mystery snails the rams horn snails arrived alive the mystery snails 1 was alive 4 were dead , in our first order we spent over $400. plants and fish , the fish arrived alive , however we ordered plants including 2 S repens TC when we opened the 2 containers one contained had 3x 13mm tip cuttings with half dead leaves and flowers and no roots and just rolling around in the container on top of the gel the other container had 4 cuttings again just in the container half dead not in the agar gel which was totally missing this time normally TC cups have between 7 to 9 plants per pot we brought this to THE FISH FARM,s attention but they never bothered to reply then or now , great customer care guys you really look after new costumers we have kept fish for over 100 years between my wife (42yrs) and my self(60+ yrs) we have worked in the industry and owned our own aquarium business as well as being in the hobby and never treated any one like this! awaiting your reply yours sincerely Judy and Laurie walter

I purchased Red Ramshorns and they immediately got to work on the algae I had on the rear glass. These snails are not only great "workers" but also amazing to watch as they move around exploring their new surroundings. Along with this I purchased several plants, all of which are super healthy and now flourishing in the tank. I definitely will be a return customer when needed

Probably a good insight into the insane amount of these ill have in a few weeks, all arrived in perfect condition, no sign of calcium deficiency - much brighter red colour than local shops very pleased with my snail (s)

Red Ramshorn snail, nice looking snails, they’re quite vibrant, but order more than what you want if you can, in case some don’t make it. They’re quite small as well so having more than what you wanted likely wont hurt.
Delivery is fast, packaged well and you get prompt updates.

The snails didn’t survive long and introduced planaria into the tank
i have brought ramshorn snails and other snails and have always been extremely happy with them. They are packaged for their journey extremely well and on arrival after being acclimatised are off to work on keeping the tank clean .Very Happy Customer
