In the Pisces Laboratory, Aquarium plants are cultivated using tissue-culture techniques in small pots of nutrient-rich, sterile, agar jelly. These little pots pack a lot of goodness in a small space and you will find multiple plants in each container.

Before planting in your aquarium, gently wash off the jelly and carefully split the plants into a few pieces if desired.

Gorgeous little purple plant

The Alternanthera reineckii plant was delivered promptly, and in the aquarium it’s what I call the stand-out plant. It’s purple hue contrasts splendidly with the green plants. Aquascaping is fun!
