My son wanted Mystery Snails but every pet shop we visited had miserable-looking snails with cracked shells. So I ordered 3 snails from Scape shop and they all arrived quickly, well packed and most importantly, healthy and in good condition. That was in Dec 2022 and they all alive and well now -June 2023 - and much bigger. I would definitely recommend purchasing from here.
I was surprised just how entertaining a snail could be let alone 5. Constantly busy except when having a nap (so cute) they are intrepid explorers with every part of the tank and plants on their daily rounds.
They are excellent workers. Highly recommended.
bit worried but some did move.took days though.
Sadly all 7 snails did not make it and never woke up after delivery. I have emailed and am still waiting for a reply

My lovely snail was delivered securely and the to care for card provided was also very useful, I was under the impression there would be 5 snails from one purchase but my snail is too cute to complain. He is living his best life right now <3.
The snails survived the journey with the post and are doing great in my tank a week later. Delivery was quick, too. Very happy with the service and snails.

Very happy with the snail
Gorgeous critter, much bigger than I expected (its maybe 3cm wide) I know they get big but I thought that being a younger 'small' snail it would be smaller. Very pleased with how big and healthy it is, I plan on getting another soon. I also got some plants and they were all thriving and in much better condition than any plants I've ever seen inside a store.
These little guys arrived safely in good condition and very quickly after I placed my order. It didn’t take them too long to wake up, 2 had climbed out of their floating container after only half an hour and were zooming around the bottom of the tank in no time. The others weren’t far behind. Love watching them, very happy with my order
